Three people were on Wednesday killed in Bawan Daji town at Anka Local Government Area of Zamfara state.
The Command's Spokesman, DSP Mohammed Shehu affirmed this to newsmen in Gusau.
He said that the killing was executed by shooters who came in extensive numbers and assaulted the town in the early hours of Wednesday, shooting sporadically.
"The villagers who were surprised rushed to alarm an adjacent versatile police watch group which came and connected with the brigands in a weapon fight.
"The policemen overwhelmed the outlaws even the same number of them got away with gunfire wounds,"
Shehu said.
He, notwithstanding, asked individuals from general society to be on alarm to answer to the closest specialist anybody seen with projectile injuries and looking for therapeutic consideration.
