Legislative leader of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose has responded to the current killings in Zamfara which left more than 30 individuals dead.
Representative Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara State had on Friday requested security specialists in the state to shoot and kill anybody discovered conveying guns in the state.
The senator gave the request in Anka when he went by the Emir to mourn with the emirate over the slaughtering of more than 30 people by shooters in Bawan Daji town of Anka neighborhood government zone of the state.
Fayose responding to the terrible episode approached President Muhammadu Buhari to address the killings promptly, including that securing lives of Nigerians ought to be his essential duty.
The Ekiti senator composed on his Twitter page: "So much killings going ahead in Zamfara State by equipped highwaymen and it is the ideal opportunity for us to be joined in approaching President Buhari to stop the killings now.
"Mr President should realize that his essential obligation is to secure the lives of Nigerians and he is bombing in such manner."
