Virtually
every part and sector of the great entity called Cross River state has an
Ayade’s imprints in one way or the other, from the hills of Obanliku to the
forests of Boki, from the Creeks of Bakassi to the Cocoa plantations of Ikom
one can feel the Ayade impact as a responsive government.
Landmark initiatives with
direct impact on the lives of Cross Riverians as well as capacity of changing
the fortunes of the state is a trademark of the digital Governor.
Boosting Agriculture
Worthy of note is the job creation capabilities of all Ayade’s interventions and infrastructural / Industrial projects. From Green
Police establishment, employment of persons for the garment factory, Ultra Modern Cocoa Processing Factory, the Deep seaport, the super high way, the Calabar Pharmaceutical
Company (CALAPHARM), Thai rice farm. Establishment of the Cross River State
Infrastructure Development Company amongst other notable milestones in his
first year in office.

The Ayade’s administration can better be
described as a climate /environment friendly, educationally supportive,
agriculturally responsive, technologically inclined, investment oriented, labour
reliable, creativity/ innovation receptive, health reliable, security proactive
and above all people focused- workers are
having a pleasant experience with the Ayade’s leadership style where the
workers welfare is of utmost priority
Water and Power also a priority to Ayade.
Certainly, with Prof. Ben Ayade, Cross River
State is in the spot light again. It is no surprise that the state is rated
high in terms of performance in the country.
