KOGI JAILBREAK IGP Orders Immediate Removal Of State Commissioner Of Police


The Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, has expelled the Commissioner of Police in Kogi State, Mr Ali Janga, following an escape in the state.

Mr Idris declared this in an announcement by the Force Public Relations Officer, Jimoh Moshood, on Monday in Abuja, the country's capital.

The choice comes hours after Mr Janga declared that six suspects, including two men who blamed Senator Dino Melaye for providing their arms, got away from police guardianship in Lokoja, the state capital.
